Lennar now offering Front Load Garage properties at Harmony

Lennar is building large executive homes on their preserve sites. Prices are starting in the low 300's for the 50 ft lots with the preserve and waterview. The 40 foot lot homes start in the mid 200'sPlease call the L R Group for updated pricing and to schedule a showing in Harmony.

Lennar is one of the main builders in Harmony. They are developing a plot of land close to the entrance and are building a selection of homes with both front and rear entry garages.

The 40 foot lots will be occupied with rear entry garages and the 50 feet lots with front entry garages.

What does this mean? Well for the buyers of the 50 foot lots they will enjoy a preserve view to the rear as well as some very generous yard space. The view from their porches will be of the front of the
40 feet homes with the majority of vehicles either parked in front of the home on the street or tidily
parked at the back.
